Super Battle Collection figures can be divided in two periods , Japan made and Hong Kong made.
The first ten figures originally were made in Japan and Vol. 11 to 42 and re-realese of vol. 1-10 , and vol. 00 are made in Hong Kong

In America Bandai planned to continue with their huge Dragon Ball succes , but the tv show never left the ground and they drop the line.
Now Irwin toys makes toys for the US market. In Latin America Mattel won the rights and released a bunch of toys but has now disscontinued the line

Mattel won the rigths to sell Dragon Ball toys in Latin America and released SBC figures Vol.00-19 , 28-38 and 40-42 and some ABToys playsets.
The hardest figures to find from the Mattel release are :
1.- Vol. 00 Son Goku Perfect Version
2.- Vol. 42 SSJ4 Gogeta
3.- Vol. 13 SSJ Son Gohan
4.- Vol. 10 SSJ Broly
5.- Vol. 05 Trunks
6.- Vol. 12 SSJ Trunks
ABToys
AB toys (France) , made some toy lines for Dragon Ball like the Super Guerriers Articule , Combat Displays and Full Action Kits.
The Best toys From AB are Super Guerriers figures of Videl , Android No. 15 and Skinny Majin Boo.
